After a few problems and lack of direction from the
Insurance Company (UK Insurance through Nationwide Building Society) I was given
notification of flights home. I flew to Sao Paulo stayed in the Caesar Hotel for
a night and flew home with British Airways. The eventual choice of hotel and
airline the insurance company did get right!

I was sorting out my washing
when I found the prime suspect squished on the inside of my cargo trousers. The
spider has been preserved in a solution of alcohol courtesy of the hospital.
I guess I can consider this a moral victory as the spider
did not live to bite another day. Perhaps I was too poisonous for it! All I
need to do now is develop my new superpowers in particular better sight and
hearing for locating rarities! I’m not sure how I’m going to use the stringy
stuff that comes out from my wrists!
But all joking apart I am on the mend there is still a way
to go but a full recovery is on the cards!
