I was having a wander
around the reserve this morning looking for suitable mist netting sites. I
noticed an increase of Common Gallinule on the Seasonal pond and then spied a
couple of Masked Duck in the surface weed on the far side of the pond.
This is the second
record of this species on the reserve and a new Laguna Blanca tick for me. Woo
hoo!
